Verilaw Selected for New Hampshire Tobacco Litigation

Monday, February 19, 2001 (Philadelphia, PA) - Verilaw Technologies is pleased to announce that it has been selected for use in the consolidated tobacco litigation currently pending in the state of New Hampshire.

Verilaw's system will allow New Hampshire tobacco litigation attorneys to distribute filed documents electronically among themselves for the purpose of effectuating service. They will also use the Verilaw system to file documents with the New Hampshire Superior Court. The system will include a component that will allow the public to use the Internet to access all documents publically filed in the cases.

The system is scheduled to become available in March, 2001. All documents that had been filed in the litigation before the system is implemented will also be made available online.
