As Chief Technical Officer, Mr. Klimowicz is responsible for developing Verilaw's overall technology strategies and managing the resources necessary to achieve those strategies.

As a result of his responsibilities, Mr. Klimowicz is intimately involved in the creation of new products and services at Verilaw. Mr. Klimowicz's diverse technical background includes system administration, application development, networking and security, and project management expertise in mission-critical application service provider (ASP) environments. Prior to joining Verilaw, Mr. Klimowicz served as a Project Leader for ProMetrics, Inc., a national leader in the development of web based health care applications for the ASP market. At ProMetrics, he conducted extensive systems and security audits of the company's flagship ASP and eCommerce offerings. He also worked for DecisionOne, the nationwide leader of the help-desk and customer support industries. There, Mr. Klimowicz developed proprietary applications to track, forecast, schedule, and report on repair operations at several geographically dispersed repair and service facilities.
