Amdur, Esq.
President, CEO and Founder
Having
served as a law school professor, a hands-on technologist
who will soon receive his Masters Degree in Computer Science,
a federal judicial law clerk, and a practicing attorney, Mr.
Amdur brings to Verilaw a truly unique blend of experience
and talent.
Before
forming Verilaw, Mr. Amdur was the Director of the Center
for Information Law and Policy ("CILP"), which was a joint
initiative of the Villanova University School of Law and the
Chicago-Kent College of Law. At CILP, Mr. Amdur honed his
technological skills, which include proficiency in system
administration, database design and administration, and application
programming. Mr. Amdur also taught Computer Law, the Information
Law Clinic, and Legal Writing at Villanova. Mr. Amdur was
a law clerk to The Honorable Louis C. Bechtle, Chief Judge
(now Senior Judge), and The Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno,
District Judge, both of the United States District Court for
the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also practiced complex
commercial litigation with two prominent Philadelphia law
firms.
Mr.
Amdur is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh
School of Law, a cum laude graduate of The American University,
and will soon receive a Masters Degree in Computer Science
from Villanova University.
